Usually HP's coupons like this have a minimum order of $1000.00 for the coupon to work. Is the order under $1000? (or maybe it was $1100.00)

Ya but you already got discounts like 'Free upgrade to 2gb ram' so its giving you the best deal they can + 30% off the rest so that's why you don't see the full 30%

I think you can use codes if you order via their 1-800 number as well, but don't quote me on that.

Funny thing... I just logged onto my EPP account and I get 15% off... And i built a m9000t for $1,134 and when I use the 30% on my reg. account with the same build it's $1,137!! Makes no sence!

You should talk to their phone support. I asked one guy, and they allowed me to just apply the coupon to a current order. I didn't take it because I wanted some freebies!

Well good luck with ordering, the hpshopping.com site is getting hosed big time. This morning I ordered another dv9500t with the coupon (and it worked) but I spent around an hour trying to get the site to work, its like it was slashdotted (lol). I finally got the order to go through and I have a confirmation number for the order but it has been 4 hours and I still don't have an email to confirm the order (like they did when I ordered my first one). I don't know if it is just really busy or they are having a db issue but yikes it was ugly.

What kind of freebies? I just ordered a dv6500t Special Edition laptop last night. Used the 30% coupon code, and got $488.07 off. Not sure if HP can offer nearly $500 worth of useful freebies, so what exactly kind of freebies are you expecting to get and/or are looking for?

 

Just placed an order on a dv6500t... they wouldn't put the $100 instant savings and 30% together. Any way to get around this? I did the Paypal offer so $50 more off. My total was $746 with, t7500, 8400m, 2GB, 120GB, DVD-RW.

 

The site was crazy yesterday!!! It was taking so long to order... I wound up making out on it though...

The deal for all the freebies with the m9000t ended at 12 am yesterday. When i called to order the guy on the phone said my build was going to be 150$ more since the freebies were gone...

So i went back on the site and built one again but he was right the price was over $100 more... BUT I realized I had the build in my cart from the night be4 with the low price and after trying to hit submit for 7 hrs at work it finally went through and it's been verifyed and is being shipped out!

Can't wait to get my PC!

I ordered a dv9000t custom notebook last night. See configuration in my sig below. Total came to $1486.99 after 30%. Can't wait for it to arrive. It said built by Dec 7th. I would love for it to arrive before the end of next week
