    I had the need for an "instant lappy" purchase as fedex apparently really broke my notebook which I had sent in for a simple dc power module repair ;-/.

    And, this seemed pretty decent if you want a 17" display with 4650...

    It is pretty much the typical low end 17" screen, i.e not quite as crisp nor with as wide a vertical view angle as better Dell screens for example. It does have HDMI, although that was not listed online. Also, if you buy it with a SAMs Discover card warranty is extended to 2 years for free iirc.

    Near as I can tell SAM's is the only one for this price with a 4650, the rest seem to offer variants with the 42xx, 43xx or 45xx radeon for $799 ish.
