Thanks for that, I tested and it works.
When does it expire? -
just used it, it took my dv7t from $2333 to $1633...what a deal!
-
Sweet. I'll have to try it with a dv7z and see if it works (as the last coupon didn't)...........
-
Using it right now...
SUCCESS! Got all of this...

Ridiculously great deal. Thanks so much to the original poster. -
Apparently this one does not work with the dv7z either. I wonder why this particular model keeps getting excluded?

holy crap this thing is a gold mine!
-
My receipt total was lower with the $400 off and 5% off than the shopping card displayed with I did the current 30% off coupon. With the same configurations, this deal is about $75 more expensive. -
I think this is a stunning deal and if you're really looking to max out a laptop from HP this is the time to do it! -
Saved a smidge over $500 on the dv7t I ordered today using the NB8821 coupon.
-
I have to agree with billiton that unless one is going to spend some big bucks on a laptop, this is hardly a better coupon than the previous ones.
-
anyhow, i agree that this is a much worse deal for budget laptops. the dv5z saved $470 on laptop and warranty from the previous NB9970 code that was stackable with current offers, while it only saves about $300 (a measly extra $30 over the current offers) on laptop and warranty for the current NB8821 code. -

Dang - not bad!
$883 delivered on a TX2500z for the wife for school:
ZM-80
3GB RAM
160GB
webcam+FP reader
802.11a/b/g/n+BlueTooth
or +$70 ($100-30%, basically) $957 with a ZM-82 and 250GB
That ain't half-bad, and she is absolutely in LOVE with the touchscreen on the TX2500z!
Gotta mention this to her tomorrow...

Congrat on the tx2500z, but I am pretty sure you could have found one at this price with last week's $200 stackable coupon.

allfiredup Notebook Virtuoso
I just tested the code on a dv5t configured with MS Office 2007 Home & Student, which is currently on sale for $49 ($100 off MSRP). The 30% off applied to it as well as the hardware specs (making it only $34.50).
Apparently, the discount applies to the software added to the configuration, too! =) -
I never knew people would pay so much for these kind of configurations from an HP...
Check out Sager and MSI!
Anyways nice Coupon. Too bad there is a minimum of 1k! -

I am interested in this because of the 30% of the tx2500z, please show me where I could get a 12" or even a 13.3" that plays tf2 on high (ati 3200 in the HP tablet) has a webcam, bluetooth, etc for under $900 tax and shipped And I would happily buy it!

9300 is better than 3200, but the 3200 is an IGP so hopefully battery life would be better, and the Lenovo has a smaller battery, Vista Basic, 2GB RAM but does have LED display but is not a tablet
HP: $850 Tax and shipped
* Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1 (64-bit)
* AMD Turion(TM) X2 Dual-Core Mobile Processor RM-70 (2.0GHz)
* 12.1" diagonal WXGA High-Definition HP BrightView Widescreen (1280 x 800) w/Integrated Touch-screen

So for me this is a no brainer...
1GB more ram, bigger battery, Vista Premium, Tablet Display (versus LED) and the ATI 3200 instead of the 9300 for $140 LESS than Lenovo = HP FTW

cant find the spot to put the code. is it before review and buy? or right before checkout? ive looked at both cant find it.
-
never mind i found it.. all this college is starting to pay off......
-
Does anybody now if it has expired already? It's Aug 29th 9:46 PM mountain time right now. I tried ordering a dv5t and after trying to check out it said "unable to accept your order."
-
Found that if you go through live.com here:
live.com link-through you get 15% cashback as well!
Gotta order that TX2500z CTO for my wife this weekend.
T -
can anyone verify if the live.com offer is stackable with the NB8821 promo? if so, this is extremely tempting. 1.08375(.7)(.85)=.64483125, which is 35% savings AFTER tax
;;
-
I'd say that stacking a coupon with live.com cashback is very YMMV. There's a clause in the live.com service agreement that specifically states that you won't get cashback if you use a coupon.
That's not to say that it won't go through and show up, just that if it dosen't automatically then they won't help you out. -
Ordered mine up last night with this coupon, DV7T
Took it from 1555 to a little over 1080, saving me around 475
Sweet -
It looks like it's dead now. =(
It was working an hour or so ago, but now I;m getting a "The coupon you entered is invalid." -
Yes I can confirm that its dead sadly enough
Hopefully there will be a great one out soon!
-
waiting for a new coupon. debating b/w a dv5z and a t400
