    HP Offering Extended Free Returns for Holidays (no restock fee, up to 2 months after purchase)

    This isn't a "deal" per se but I think a policy that will be appealing to some people. HP is offering Free returns on any purchases made between November 2nd, and December 24th, see more here:

    A lot of other retailers charge at least 15% for a restocking fee, HP has always been very generous with a 15-day no charge restocking fee but this tops even that.

    That is awesome. If other vendors are smart they will follow suit. That helps ease up a bit on everyone buying a few days before Xmas, plus allows for Black Friday sales for Xmas gifts too.

    A rather solid attempt on HP's part to combat a low level of consumer confidence. People just don't want to buy expensive things when they aren't sure they will have a job in a few months ...

    It might not be a bad deal for HP, as they kinda into dirty jobs, 30% off and all that constant coupon, this deal might get some people to try out HP for the first time.
