    Although this is not the lowest price offered this year, the price is still a reasonable discount from regular and is the lowest price currently offered I know of. As many of you know, this is the Hitachi Travelstar 7K500 repackaged with a different model number--a Hitachi sales representative confirmed this and that several other Hitachi Travelstar HDs are also the 7K500 repackaged. The free shipping requires Amazon Prime membership, which provides free 2-day shipping with most Amazon products (they are marked as Amazon Prime). Although membership is not inexpensive ($79/year currently), non-members who have not been Prime members before and former members who have not been Prime members for at least 13 months can obtain a free trial membership without obligation; I don't recall the duration of trial membership, but it's at least 2 weeks and I recall it has been as long as 4 weeks at times.
