with the holidays approaching, when is the best time to wait for the best deals? End of thanksgiving? End of Christmas? I want a laptop, but I can wait at least 1.5 months to guarantee a goooood price and deal. Should i wait then? and when does everyone distribute their best deals, (eg. DELL, Costco)?

There are going to be excellent deals on Black Friday - check the tech bargains forum. Also, on the front page, Andrew posts new tech deals - be sure to check them out.

What if you want to wait till December...is it likely there be below $500 deals in December or Janurary? If so, is there a chance they would be slightly better models?
