Why not invest that money so you're not scrambling to sell your stuff next time you need some cash?
PS - What'd you end up getting for that desktop?

well, im set for now cash wise (i sold some ipods that i got for free and were going to fix, got like $70 each for them) and sold off my psp, and got WAY more than my desktop i expected (i put it up on craigslist as "offer" and was offered $1,000 so i took it :p) but that was with my moniter (and software, so that ads up too :p), so i no longer have a television... so i need one... and with xmas being here in a few days, i also will be obtaining cash...

so like i said, im in a decent position to be able to afford $500 at most for a TV, and that is at most, id like to spend $300, pref :p (i have an interview for sears on the 13th, but im thinking even if i get hired, the employee discount will not be so great, beacuse their TVs are SOOO expensive, even after a hefty discount they are still alot)

The one MrPresident linked to for $499 was one that was featured on the front page of SlickDeals.. Your not going to do much better than $499 for a quality 32"

I'f your looking at $300ish, your only going to be able to get a 26". $400, might get you a crappy offbrand 32". Check SlickDeals.net from time to time...

I saw that deal at Office Max as well.

From what I can tell, it's a crappier TN panel. You would have to sit directly in front of your television in order to minimize color shifting.

But it does seem like an interesting deal for such a small television with Full HD capabilities. :)
