I saw info similar to this (but not exactly the same, I think) on another post, but can't find it now to add a reply to, so here is some info I just clarified with an HP Customer Service rep (and probably applicable to other brands as well), about submitting multiple rebates, when they all want the 'original' UPC code from the box.
He said that HP requires that if you send the original to one company, you must make a photo copy of it, and send them the photocopy (along with all the applicable forms), and WRITE ON THE PHOTO COPY: 'Original UPC Code submitted with other rebate'. He said if you don't write that on the photocopy, that's why some people get their rebate submissions rejected and sent back. I know a lot of people are working the multiple rebate cenarios right now, and I figured that might save some people a lot of time and headache.

Hey Stevo
I am seriously thinking about picking up an HP zv5000z. All the specs fit my needs, but i had one question. How "weak" is the video card/graphics processing? I keep reading that it is "acceptable" for gaming, but still weak. I read that the gpu in this notebook is 3 yrs old? Does that mean some of the newer games can't be played on it altogether? or will it just be slower/less detailed? Will i be able to play the new GTA San Andreas on it, for example?
I'd love to hear your thoughts/experiences..
thanks
