    Looks like a free one year license to the Iolo Antivirus. This is the same AV Iolo uses in its System Mechanic Pro product. The license key can be used to protect up to three computers. I submitted my info and had the license key emailed to me within a minute.

    The AV is compatible with PC's running Microsoft® Windows® 98, Me, 2000, XP, or Vista

    Also- The url link to the free AV contains "/ads/" . If you are having trouble viewing the page where the offer is located, try to temporarily disable ad blocking for that page. I noticed that the page would not display correctly in firefox because it is partially blocked by adblock plus. In IE the page is completely blocked if using IE7pro.

    never heard of iolo..

    i'm using AVG. How does this compare with the free antivirus programs out there like avg and avast?

    It's slightly better IMHO, you can look for reviews online if you want it...

    I did search for reviews, but most of the reviews (as small # as there are) turned out to be negative ones =\
