I believe they are legit. They have ads in gaming mags all the time (especially CGW). So I'm led to believe they're decent. Now as far as tech support and quality of their machines... I have no idea.
I think a friend of mine ordered her laptop off them, but it took them forever to ship it since she ordered a pink one... and no one had ever ordered a pink laptop lol.

Check out review sites on these kinds of things, I've done it for this business and found more bad reviews than good reviews for this company, things going from computers coming in partially assembled to lemons.

Their support was not really good at that times. Im not sure about now.

One time, the desktop I received had a bad motherboard upon arrival. Its really frustrated so I gave them calls. It took forever to reach the their responsible man to listen to my problem. I called them several times but soon after they figured my problem they asked me to ship the CPU back to them. It took 2 weeks or more to get my CPU back.

I'm not sure if I recommend you to have business with them but do research about them more. As far I remember, their base is in CA.

    Hope it really helps

NO!! Do not buy from these crooks! I am convinced they are affiliated with iBuypower, whom I purchased my notebook from. It took them a month to ship the computer, and within weeks of receiving it, it crashed regularly. I had to send it in for a new motherboard, and it took them another 2 months to get it back to me. In a few days it crashed again. It STILL crashes regularly, but not as much as it did before. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Their employees never know what is going on with your order, and they will put you on hold for what seems like forever. I have NEVER been treated worse by any company. Half of the time I had to hang up and recall because they didn't pick back up. Keep in mind I was calling from Germany, because I was stationed there, so this was costing some money. The cost of sending it in was not worth it to me anymore, so I bought a Dell XPS M170 refurbished w/ coupon a couple months ago, the best decision I made. DO NOT get a computer with a cheap motherboard just because it has a fast, brand name video card and processor. It isn't worth it at any point. Trust me, I know.

BTW they get their MOBOs from Korea, which is partly why it takes forever to get anything from them.

they have been good in my experience, I've purchased 4 desktop systems from them over the years for other people, only one had problems, the msi mobo was doa, I called, took a while to get through, but after I finally did, I had another mobo overnighted to me, they use name brand components, and have very attractive prices, and they have been around for quite awhile, they're no falcon northwest or voodoo, but you get what you pay for, I have no idea about the quality of their notebooks though, it looks to be a really sweet deal , if you dont like it, you can return it, but there will be a restocking fee

I would suggest going with www.powernotebooks.com. You'll get an Asus-built laptop with similar specs, a better Core Duo processor, and they have outstanding reputation, all for just a little more money, if any more at all. You just won't get to have it be any color you want. Just my 2 cents.

I just bought a laptop from them in july and the actual laptop was a great deal. But it took forever to get my laptop, they blamed it on being back orderd and I can understand that but they didnt tell me when i ordered it was back ordered. I actully called on day 8 of their 5-10 timespan for them to send out my laptop and asked them if it was backordered or not and they said no it wasnt and just wait the two days like i was jumping the gun by talking to them. and then when i look online and see its still not shiped i call then again and they say it was backordere they will get a new shipment tomorrow. I call 6 days later and they say the same thing, but this time they were telling the truth.

    In summary:
great deal and great specs, if you want to deal with the hassel for it go for it

Like I said, I wouldn't do it. They will give you the runaround like no other if you try to return it. Their product sucks. I bought their best laptop at the time and could barely run far cry at the lowest settings. Pieces of junk.

But we want pretty laptops! Surely there is an affordable way to get a bright blue or green laptop without paying an arm and a leg!

I ordered an AMD desktop system (tower only) from them about 2 1/2 years ago. It has and is still working great. I called tech support once or twice initially and they were helpful.
