I was checking google shopping for a Sony Z and found a number of good deals at this retailer- prices as good or better than what I can find on ebay. Appears to be like a N.Y. store (charge taxes in NY).

Can't find them on reseller ratings, so I'm going to hold off unless I can learn they are reliabel.

I'm worried they either are a flat out scam site or they do the old NYC sell, call and say its only in stock if I buy "upgrades."

    Anyone heard of them? Soyalo.com

Searching around, at this point looks to be a sham. The website went up 12/10. Nobody's purchases have gone through. On the bright side, people said no obe was asked for any financial info, just and email address- but still looks to be a sham at this point.

I guess its back to ebay in by quest to be too cheap :)

It is 100% a sham. I asked the same question on slickdeals.net a few month back. There was this guy who actually tried to contact them with no success. What this site does is that once it catches its victims, it shuts itself down to prevent tracking etc. They then bring the site back up after a month or so to scam more ppl. Do NOT buy from the site. The basic rule is that if the item they are selling is too cheap to be realistic, it's probably a scam. Their Vaio Z prices are at least $1000 cheaper than retail...kind of makes you think why.

Agreed that's definitely a sham..stay far away!

If your going to e-bay for a Vaio, wait and see if Bing CB increases in the next few days to make the price purchase a bit nicer for you! ;)
