Jetway via Ebay has a refurbished NF93-R motherboard for sale. These things usually go for $200+, I picked one up as a server and it's awesome. Tons of BIOS settings, though I'm not sure it does overclocking in the BIOS.

For those of you with a spare Core 2 Mobile CPU + DDR2 RAM, including quadcores, this might be a good way for you to make a cheap HTPC or server.
I can confirm that with a P8400 and 1x2GB DDR2 RAM (single channel) the X4500MHD is capable of full 1080p playback both on the web and with a few other file formats.
The Southbridge gets hot so it's best if you have an open air case or get a passive heatsink for it if you don't have any spare fans around. Any questions let me know!
