The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Kaspersky Internet Security (which I use and highly recommend) can be had for -$5 ($60 less $65 rebate) from Amazon.com

    It can then be upgraded to version 7.0 from the kaspersky site. I might just get me another copy!

    I also HIGHLY recomend this! This is my fav software ever. But 7.0 is out now so this is outdated

    No It's not outdated!! Bcoz Version 06 commercial key can use with version 07 :D

    Well... these days... you can get a free antivirus - plus I have a bad experience with Kaspersky (although it was XP back then)
