    ssd's in general get faster the larger they are.

    I disagree, the C300 has excellent reliability. Sure it is slower than other SATA III drives, but it was the first of it's kind. $90 is an outstanding price. $1.40/gb. Very good for a SATA III drive IMHO. That drive has 400+ 5 egg reviews on newegg!
