Picked up one of these for $14.76 shipped, after tax, for my X120e. There's only a 90 day warranty (although they seem to suggest that the RAM is covered under my X120e's 1-year warranty), but I figure that
A) RAM rarely develops issues outside of DOA,
B) the total cost is so low that if a problem does come up outside of the 90 day warranty, I'm fine with just taking a loss.
