    I actually might get this since my sister actually sat on and broke my last set. I just hope they don't have that annoying sound in them. Surely, not after all this time and them saying it has been fixed.
    Any idea as to how long this might last?

    I wonder what the potential profit is buying these en masse and selling them on eBay... And on top of the already halved price, 25% off that... I can get each for 50$ o_O

    nope...i ordered a pair of these from amazon ~2.5 months ago, and get a random noise every so often that i have to unplug them and plug them back in before it goes away. very annoying!
