    Yes. With the Home and Student version you get 3 legal licenses so that 3 computers in your household can have office. This is a very good version that MS has put out since it contains the most used programs like Word, Excel and Powerpoint and helps the whole family. It really breaks down to less than $20 per license. You cannot however use this version for Business or commercial use.

    Maybe it is on sale since the latest judgment from the Texas court is to remove the sale of office from store shelves in a month! :D ;)

    Publisher? Really? I don't think I have ever even used that app and don't know of anyone who does, but I guess it depends what what your job is.
