    I have the other version of this mouse (which i just replaced and it was great!) The only difference is the style change. The battery life lasts a long really long time (5-6 months of 14+hr day usage). And i never had disconnect problems. Only bad thing for laptop folks is that it has a very large receiver, so its not something that you will be bringing around with you all the time.

    i have this mouse and its awesome. but imo to big for notebook use and carrying around. but its a great mouse.
