    Could I replace the 32gb msata drive in my xps14 and keep the 500gb spinner?

    You definitely could if you are using the 32 GB as a cache drive you could just partition the 120 GB drive to use up to 64 GB for caching them use the rest as a spare drive. Not sure of your setup. If you want the mssd to run the OS then some more work would be required.
