Yup, I just picked this up at the store a few days ago - good deal!

Oh, and note that the "upgrade rebate" can be used with proof of purchase from ANY other antivirus software, not just Norton products (ie: I sent in an old proof of purchase from a McAfee suite that my dad bought a while ago).

NIS2009 uses very little resources for the great protection it gives - I highly recommend it!

    Hey Midnight...

I'm running out to my local Frys to pick this up. Even though I'm currently using ESS 3, my license is up next month and I'm not sure I'm sold on ESS 4. At the very least, I will install this on 3 of my 7 computers.

    Definitely a good deal. :)

    Went to Frys tonight.

The in-store price is $69.99, minus the $50.00 rebate.

If you order online for store pickup, the price is $50.00 minus the $50.00 rebate. When I saw this, I used my iPhone to order the item for store pick-up while I was there. It was ready at the counter in about 5 minutes.

That 5 minutes saved me $19.00 plus tax.

Went to the local Frys last night and they finally have it posted there correctly. The in-store price now is $50.00, and the rebate is $50.00, so it's still $0.00 total if you purchase it right off the shelf.

It really was no sweat, though, for me to order it for store pickup while I was standing in the store.
