    Hmm. Apparently the MIR is for a Nokia Visa card, not an actual rebate check. I'll think about that before buying....I'll decide tomorrow.

    It's like a Visa Card..but it's prepaid like a debit card..so you can use it anywhere that it's accepted as such! :)
