Never seen a netbook that cheap in a Brick and Mortar store, and even online only SSD's usually get that low refurb. The closest you'll get is CompUSA (in Altamonte Springs or near the Florida Mall). It's owned by the same company as TigerDirect and generally has a large selection of laptops/netbooks.

The only way I see that being possible is an Acer Aspire One refurb w/ Linux and a 3-cell battery, 120GB hdd.

Sorry, but if you're looking for a $200 netbook, you're looking for crap... so I though it might be a good place to point you :)

Is there any way that you could stretch your budget? At $300, you can snag yourself some top of the line netbooks, such as the Asus 1005HAB from Best Buy.

I am not looking for a brand new but if its brand new for my price range its all got. I can deal with it if it has linux but it has to 1gb ram also 16gb space its also good with me but i would prefer 120GB hd or higher cause I may want to install windows 7 rtm

Edit: it doesn't have to be an atom btw
