The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hmmm, I actually need a notebook lock too. I wish they had a brand so I could look up some reviews. I know its just a lock, but who knows :D. I'll probably end up buying one. Good post!

    Edit: Is this site legit? Just wondering because I've never heard of it.

    Keep in mind, this appears to be a barrel lock. Barrel locks, the ones with round keys(as it was explained to me), can be cracked in a matter of seconds(it's on youtube somewhere)
