    Ah i see. Thats unfortunate really. I have spent i think about 15k with them over the years on easily over a 100 orders without ever having a problem. A few items were doa and handled fine. I really think you should give them a second chance :)

    I also had a friend who got an open box mouse.
    The USB was cut...
    Newegg did nothing at all.

    i have personally never had a issue with newegg they have even taken back a mobo almost a month over their normal 30day return window for me when the manufacture wasnt being very helpful..
