Used or new? Newegg had a shellshocker deal on intel G2 120gb for $177 about a week ago...I didn't get it and really wish I had :(

Also that deal on the drive is pretty tempting...but I'm holding out for an intel drive. I mainly want a drive with very low power consumption, and intel seems like the best bet in that department.

Technically used, but it will only be about 2 weeks old by the time I'm ready to put it up for sale. It will have had Windows 7 installed on it once, but it will have been securely erased so it would perform like new. The only thing not like new would be the original packaging as the UPC was cut out for the rebate that was from the deal you mentioned.

I've always gotten OCZ rebates, but they're slow.

It's not just their MIR program that's known to be horrendous...

Ebates also does 2.5% off for the Intel X2, dropping it down to 164.95/6 after rebates and MIR.
