Newegg.com - ThinkPad X Series X200s (7470-X02) Notebook Intel Core 2 Duo SL9400(1.86GHz) 12.1" Wide XGA 2GB Memory DDR3 1066 160GB HDD 7200rpm Intel GMA 4500MHD
Not bad for a thin X-series Thinkpad.
EDIT: If you can live with a weaker CPU and a 4-cell battery, Lenovo Outlet has them new for $703 a piece. About 160+ in stock.

Well.. you can get X201i for almost the same price (with 10% off coupon) directly from Lenovo (i3, 2GB, 160GB HD, 6-cell battery). I guess the advantage of X200 is the ability to upgrade to AFFS screen if needed.

This is the x200 s model though. The thinness and LV processors may be attractive to some.

I saw those yesterday at Newegg. It seems they are getting some overstock now.

Lenovo Outlet has 168 of them brand new too for $703 a piece. SU9400 and a 4-cell account for the cheaper price, but you get a 250GB hard disk, and it's ULV instead of LV, so you should still get decent battery life.

Older model Thinkpad X200s new, $779
