ARGHH. I should have gotten the machine but i waited till tonight and it ended right before I was about to check out. Does anybody know when there's going to be new coupons?

 

@ dple just be patient. Dell outlet coupons come out on average once to twice per month. It is likely that there will be another coupon near the end of the month, or early next month. Better luck next time.

 

I got my xps m1330 certfied refurbished today. It had a lot of scratches and were very noticeable and the laptop was also dirty. I called them up, and they offered a replacement...

Another issue was that the dell wireless card did not work. I couldn't connect to my wifi spot.

I'm supposed to receive the replacement within 10 to 15 business days, and then ship back the dirty one...

 

That is too bad that you got stuck with a bad one. I hope the next one is much better.

 

This refurbished laptop turned out to be a nightmare... Besides having a lot of scratches and being dirty, it also had numerous defects. The wireless card doesn't work that well and it's picky on which router it wants to connect, the webcam no longer works (I only see my shadow), and the screen flickers, especially when running on batteries...
