    Great price, but read the comments :p

    Apparently it's refurbished by a third party company (not Sony or Best Buy) and the user reviews don't make it sound worth it because apparently "the company doesn't pick up the phone when there's a problem".

    Might just be a few bad experiences, however getting an extended warranty would be ideal so you can avoid dealing with the crappy refurbished company. :)

    Ooh. I didn't notice that this was not refurbished by sony. Well, from the scary reviews, I asked my aunt to wait for another good deal. Thanks for pointing that out. :)

    The refurb company offers 1-2 year warranties, but you may want to research them extensively. Perhaps Square Trade can offer coverage, but I'm not sure if they cover refurbs.
