This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I bought these speakers when they just came out for $100. I've had them for four years now and they still amaze me! I recently saw them in my local Best Buy and cried when I saw they were selling for $20. (I've gotten over that now.) And when I saw these come up on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000087H9W/102-5724924-8515333), I had to share it with you all.

    I've watched many DVD's with these speakers with much enjoyment. In hotel rooms. At "DVD-playerless" homes of friends and family. You name it. They sound great. Nice imaging. Decent bass, considering how hard it would be for two speakers no bigger than a couple of CD jewel cases to create ANY bass. They rock. The set up can be confusing. But, once you figure it out. You're golden!
