I recently purchased a laptop from HP using a coupon code. I decided to try Live Search cashback for the first time and all seemed to go smoothly. I received an e-mail confirmation from Live telling me I was entitled to about $76. After waiting a while, I thought I'd check my account, assuming my cashback savings would be there. It wasn't.
