    Compusa has a IBM Referb Thinkpad T40 for only $699. For a good ol' sold computer like a thinkpad it's really not a bad price :D .

    -Intel Pentium M 1.4

    - 512 RAM

    - 40GB HD

    - Radeon 7500 32mb

    -8x DVD ROM

    -XP Pro

    -14.1" screen

    -4hrs of battery life

    There's a refurb seller i found on ebay who can do the same price but you get better options. Plus the machines they had have warranties even until next year. Couple had IBM warranties until 5/07
