Scored a sweet deal on a hitachi 7k320 back in december. Got it for $50 after rebate, but I haven't received the rebate yet! Its been "valid and assigned for final processing" since jan. I emailed them twice at the beginning of the month. They said probably 2 weeks, but possibly 30days. Just emailed them again and waiting to hear back

Just wanted to post this to let everyone know of rebateshq shady dealings, and hopefully remind anyone that may have forgotten about their rebates to check up on it. It wouldn't surprise me if they don't send rebates unless you nag them about it.

This is the reason why I did not get this deal back a month ago. Apparently all the people who have submitted rebates after November have been left hanging in limbo. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen

Have you tried calling? My fiance and I purchased 5 total 1TB drives back in November/December (different addresses) and by January had not received the rebates, or any info on them. I made a few phone calls to them and within 2 weeks, the checks were at my door...
I had heard issues as well, which worried me. My phone calls were only a few minutes each, so it wasn't that bad (I've sat on the phone with Honda of America and Dell a hell of a lot more and got nothing out of it). -
I bought through Zipzoomfly, Tigerdirect and Newegg. One of the three rebates checks arrived late last week. So, maybe they run just a little slow...
