    With new firmware I never had an issue with sleep.

    But battery life has suffered (one month per pair of batteries)

    Holy cow. $35 is a great deal.

    I just bought one (again) for $70 new. I wish that I could have gotten it for $35 refurbed.

    Yeah I like this mouse a lot and $35 is not terribly a lot to take a gamble with. The Refub Mamba for $60 is a bit higher stakes and not quite as good of a deal.
