Amazon has the Samsung 2333HD 23 inch LCD monitor with TV tuner for $220.86 with free shipping. It features 1080p, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, and 5ms response time. Next lowest price is $230 at Newegg.

I've been eying these Samsung monitor/HDTV combos for awhile now and this is the lowest I've seen. In fact they seem to be putting them on sale everywhere as the Black Friday prices where $250. Probably clearing them out for the newer P2370HD. Anyway it is very nice deal for anyone looking to get a monitor/HDTV combo for a dorm room or something. I'm still trying to decide if I'd use the TV feature enough to justify it over the $170 23" LG deal at Newegg. Or if the extra inch is worth getting over the $130 22" ViewSonic at Dell today. Or maybe wait see if Amazon drops the price again since they've done so three times in the last month. Tough discussions. Whatever the case it's still nice deal.

I got an Acer H223H 23in HD monitor for $125 on ebay. Of course its was returned by someone from Best Buy and they are reselling them on ebay. It came with a few scratches on the base but the monitor itself works well and it's a cheap alternative for the poor college student like me.
