    agreed however if you have the means..............the 8500 series beats this by a mile with its local dimming

    Exactly, that's the only reason I'm not jumping on this deal. I'll wait till the 8500 comes down in price. Still, at $1800 this is a steal.

    I hope they do but with inventory dwindling and the price actually going up at some stores I am losing hope. Which is why I jumped on the 46 last week via 6th avs special for 20xx shipped
