    You can get the sager 2090 starting at under $1100 and is more powerful.

    You can get basically the same thing in the dell 1520 or vostro and it's like 800 bucks.

    Or of course, you can always upgrade the ubiquitous Inspiron 1520/Vostro 1500 to the 8600m gt, which is one of the mobile best graphic cards on the market. Especially great if you're on a tight budget, simply use dell coupons (VH508C1F12HNSN -- $300 off) and student discounts if applicable.




    ....Although I personally went with the Sager 2090 :D
