    10-30-2010 The Amazon price has reverted to $129.99 w/ Amazon Prime shipping (free for 3-5 day shipping option) after one day :( , coincident with the Newegg price for the same Seagate hybrid hard drive also reverting to $129.99 (plus $0.99 for shipping).

    They do (I wasted a hefty amount of $$ on it), it just depends on the state and if you're buying of another merchant through Amazon: Amazon.com Help: Sales Tax .
