10-30-2010 The Amazon price has reverted to $129.99 w/ Amazon Prime shipping (free for 3-5 day shipping option) after one day :( , coincident with the Newegg price for the same Seagate hybrid hard drive also reverting to $129.99 (plus $0.99 for shipping).

Amazon apparently has matched the Newegg deal as of 10-29-2010:

Seagate Momentus XT 500GB 7200RPM SATA 3Gb/s 32MB Cache 2.5-inch Solid State Hybrid Drive ST95005620AS-Bare Drive $109.99 w/ Amazon Prime shipping (free shipping if slowest ship method chosen)

Amazon.com: Seagate Momentus XT 500 GB 7200RPM SATA 3Gb/s 32 MB Cache 2.5 Inch Solid State Hybrid Drive ST95005620AS-Bare Drive: Computer & Accessories

The Newegg price of $109.99 shipped is still available as of this writing:

Newegg.com - Seagate Momentus XT ST95005620AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s with NCQ Solid State Hybrid Drive -Bare Drive (from 10-27-2010 posting)

They do (I wasted a hefty amount of $$ on it), it just depends on the state and if you're buying of another merchant through Amazon: Amazon.com Help: Sales Tax .
