Still sitting at $19.35 at Amazon (par Amazon Camel pricing hasn't been lower then $14 in a very long time), so $12.95 is a very good price for Newegg (though Newegg seem's to bounce w/the pricing on these, but $12.95 is a good price right now).

I'm not a Audiophile but these seem to be pretty decent entry level headphones?
