Its a good deal and I would order it (free shipping and all) but with the odd form factor the c90 has I dont know if it will fit so I really need to see things in person.
The bag it comes with (the c90) is just big enough for the notebook, and to squeeze a mouse and the power pack into the one front pocket. Nice if you travel light, but for me I really need something like this to carry other stuff in.
Edit: went ahead and got it on the basis that right now I carry my notebook in the sleeve it came with and all my stuff in an old school backpack. for only 8$ there is not much to risk and even if it doesnt fit, I can put all my stuff in it instead of using the old beat up school backpack. -
Bought. Will pickup tommorrow. Its $7.99 now. Thanks juventas, I really appreciate that seriously!
-
I may end up buying one, for the sole reason that it is $8. I've been looking for an excuse to go to Best Buy for a while anyways, I guess I just found it.

Post back w/ pics and how you like it.
I had mine shipped since my free time is very limited and it was free shipping, I also have no immediate need for it. -
Yea, I might do a review of this and compare it to my Targus CityGear Chicago backpack (the first review I did
happy memories).
I may not get it tomorrow (going hiking somewhere) but instead on Monday, on my way back from school/work (I'm TA'ing a class at the UW) -

I wouldn't mind reviewing it once I get mine, they havnt gotten my c90 review up yet.
It would be neat to do something besides an electronic review for once. -
Strangely enough the last thing on my mind was my notebook when I bought this. Its a useful item, I had to get it!
-
The quality of this thing is far superior to that of the case last week at circuit city that was $40 - $40mir.

OOS online orders from Best Buy
and the closest store that has it is 45 minute drive, hopefully I can get a price match at office max tomorrow as someone else had suggested. -
I went ahead and picked one up this morning after church. It seems like a nice decent quality. I have definetely seen nicer backpacks, but this one is more than worth the $8 spent on it. Much higher quality than certain other ones I have seen as well.
-
You're not missing out a whole lot actually. It's real nice for just $8, but I find myself not really wanting to use it. The pods on the front and sides are kind of weird, poor desing imo needlessly adding to dimensions w/o adding volume. And you really need a good sleeve if actually putting your notebook in here. You have to slide it across the zipper to get it in the compartment (scratches).
Otherwise, real heavy duty nylon, good padding for the notebook compartment, thick straps, and seams aren't coming unraveled already just sitting on the shelf like the free one last week was in cc. "Targus" is kind of a burn, but removeable on the strap, and white stitching can be marksolotted out. Strap to bag is not strong, along with the weak waist strap.
Haven't decided if I'm returning it or not. Don't think I'll ever use it, but if I ever need an extra bag in a pinch it's good enough for $8. -
Bought mine today
just so cheap i had to get it lol

Why does everyone say the quality is good? I tried to do a PM at OfficeMax, in which they first said they didnt' have it, then I found it...and then they said BB was out, even though online it said it was in stock. It looked kind of thin...eh, I'll check my BB maybe tomorrow...probably way OOS though.
-
Yep, I went today, and it was OOS, supposedly it sold out in the first hour on Sunday. They probably only had like 3 or 4 to begin with though. They may get another shipment in stock on Thursday, so I will check then.
I don't think I want to order it online, cause I have a few BB coupons that I need to put to some use. -

mines inward bound from online, I'll take some pictures if anything when I get it and post them up.
-
Damn, its OOS online now too.
Oh well, I already have a great Targus backpack that won't need replacing for another couple of years.
I hope a similar sale comes for a messenger bag, I was wanting to pick one up to see if they were any good. -
-
Bought one today at my local Office Depot, they did a price match against BB even though it was shown as OOS on their website
I think it's a great bag for the money. I pulled out the foam padding from my old bag and stuck it in the notebook compartment for added protection - perfect! -

Anyone tried this out yet, especially with the C90S? I have one (got it the day after the sale went on), but I don't have a laptop, so I can't tell if it would be good for that or not.
Great quality, but need to know about the laptop.
