Okies so just wanted to give all Canadian buyers a heads up!

I remember most people recommending the HP dv5-1157 at Staples for those who wanted a mid-range gaming computer from HP, well it's equivalent for cheaper has arrived! :p

The HP dv5-1174 is here at Staples for a meager 898$! It comes with similar features as the 1157 such as the 9600M GT, but for a lower price. Other differences include a [slightly] weaker processor, a Blu Ray player and a Bronze finish. Once again, the main downside is the 1200x800 resolution, but considering the price, I'd say it's still pretty good :D

P.S for those who want to check out the link, just put in J6J 1P8 as a postal code.

Hmm idk if the Staples in the States has the deal, I'd have to check. Btw, this item is listed on Clearance in my store inventory so I'm guessing we won't be getting many shipments of these hence the lower price.

    Better be fast! ^_^

1680x1050 for 700 bucks is kinda hard to find anyway.
