    For one of its Shell Shocker deals, Newegg is offering the LG 34UB88-P ultrawide monitor for $499.99 shipped when using promo code EMCSRKRH5 at checkout. It's not often you see a 1440p ultrawide for this price. It supports AMD FreeSync, but only does a maximum of 60 Hz, so probably not ideal for gaming. But for content creation and consumption it should be pretty nice since it's an IPS panel.

    That same panel has 10% off until Oct 9 now. So it's $539.99. Still a good deal for the monitor. I have had one of these for a couple years now and it sits above my Acer Predator that I use as extra desktop space for content creation. Been working great.
