Nice! Basically you don't need to upgrade any thing on this laptop! Hardware-wise is perfect. I hope someone from here will write a review in term of its quility.=)

    No scam here--its loaded.

So, you really need to decide if you are content with Acer. I suggest visiting the Acer forum to get a feel for issues with their product.

O My gosh thats a good deal! That would be a great gamming computer for a crazy price!! I can't believe the specs it is like totally maxed out, exept for the CPU but stilll its a Core Duo 1.66! It is almost maxed out and even has a cool 1.3 mp camera built in.

Wow, everything except the video card (X1400) and CPU (if there's that big of a difference between 1.66 and 2.0) is essentially maxed out.

However, it's in store only. Then again, 3/4 of the stores in my area have it in stock.

Dont' forget Core Duo have deceving battery performance. 20-30% shorter than centrino models overall. I still prefer a centrino over a core duo because of that.

Is that with or without the USB port bug? Celerons have draw around 25w, PMs 27w, Solos 27w, Duos 31w. (Also, the celerons may be misleading; I don't think they have powerscaling)
