This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     searching the internet for leaked Black Friday sales items from Best Buy, I noticed they will be selling a Toshiba 17" Core 2 Duo laptop with 160gb HD, 2 GB of ram, and an HD-DVD player for $799. There is no mention of a video card (8700m gt) in the description, but could this be the Best Buy exclusive x205 gaming model that they are putting on sale for $700 less than they normally would sell it? ....... If it is, im going to pick one up just to resell it (since I just bought an ASUS G1S) :eek: :D :confused:

    That would obviously be an amazing deal, I'm guessing they'll use this as a tease to get people to the store and only have something like two available.

    Thanks for clearing that up.... I only saw the sites with no pictures. The p205 would certainly make sense..... I almost ruined my shorts when I saw the $799 price thinking it was the x205...... BTW, where are the ad sites with the actual pictures from the newspaper ad? I want to see the PC game section if Crysis or CoD4 will be on sale for $24.99
