Are Cyberpower laptops good? OI know nothing of them but, then again, I knew nothing of Asus norebooks until recently. I'm thinking of getting an Asus Z70va but they are not ready yet and Cyberpower has some models (like the XPLORER S4-6500) that have similar specs. And it looks pretty good too.

I haven't heard the best things about CyberPower - check a site like www.resellerratings.com first, and see what the consumers are saying. That's what I do before I buy from a store I don't know anything about.

Seems to me the closest to the z70va is XPLORER S4-5500. I configured one similarly to the z70va I recently ordered fro istnc.com. The cyperpower came to 1555 with 6600go, as opposed to x700 for the z70va, for which I paid 1693. I'd take the asus any day, of course that's obviously biased. :)
