    I think it says the 10 is instock @ Amazon. I just ordered a pair. Says sold out of the 10vi.

    I hate really big sales, makes me spend money I dont have :D

    This could have been 1/3 of a SSD for me. But I already have good headphones it was time to get some good earbuds.

    I did the free trial of amazon prime for the free 2 day shipping. I want to get these bad boys and see what its all about. Just gotta remember to cxl that membership before they charge me for it.

    Thanks very much for the link, Vicious. To add to what you said, I wouldn't neccessarily say that these earbuds are overpriced. They do have three drivers in each bud after all, along with a built in crossover. From what I can tell, these buds are comparable in both price and sound quality to Shure's SE530.

    I dunno, I'm tired of the clunky sound coming from my current earbud of the day, and want something that is bit more refined. For $99, I think i can take the plunge and see what $400 ear buds get you. :)

    Well I was going from pro reviews. This unit seems a mixed bag. Some issues with the cable and stuff. But for the huge discount its worth a shot.

    Probably overkill for my Nintindo DS Lite :D but maybe I will like them better than my headphones? Also suppose good for my laptop though I usually use my bluetooth stuff if I need to have private listening.

    For sure this is a good ipod touch or zune hd accessory but I dont have one of those. May get a iphone one day.

    Aye, I read about the issue of the cable end separating from the ear bud as well. I have some pretty small diameter heatshrink so I was thinking that if it becomes a problem, I can just use some of that to help add a bit of support in that area.

    What? An iPhone! And here I took you for a Droid kind of guy! :D

    Im a Sony Erricson kind of guy, but dissapointed with my W760. My W600 was great but finally had to be replaced since the battery was not holding a charge and it lacked one feature I needed A2DP bluetooth.

    I want a zune hd or ipod touch, so just makes sense to get an iphone so I do not have to carry 2 devices around, so for me its just for media and phone, none of the other stuff.

    I used the same Amazon Prime trail method this summer. It seems like if I remember correctly you can disable auto billing and still use the trial period. That way you need not worry about forgetting to cancel and getting billed.

    Yeah probably will work, I was just going to cxl it in a few days, but I'll see if you way works just incase I want to use it again before the month is over.

    edit: yep it worked just turned off auto upgrade. Looking for a deal on a magazine subscription too if they send me one your supposed to be able to deny it and get $10.00 credit. So I will only have paid $89.99 for these.

    Never mind. I checked it again and estimated date says 7th... I don't understand. Excluding Sunday ,that's in 3 days..

    Amazon's free shipping usually took me about 5 days and it's around the busiest time of the season too.

    No but someone else added them to their cart at the $99 price at 11.59pm the day before the rebate coupon officially started and checked out after 12 midnight and so will be eligible for the rebate.

    Also someone on SlickDeals contacted Amazon and requested a $300 refund for the 6 pairs that he purchased the day before the rebate went live and Amazon said as a one off they would refund the $300 to his AMEX!

    Im tempted to cancel my order and get a Logitech G27 racing wheel, It can be had for under $200 with the 20% off rebate...

    I think I would make more use of the wheel than the earbuds but its a hard call. I already have a logitech momo racing wheel, but I also already have Audio Technica A700 headphones that I think I would use the vast majority of the time over the earbuds.
