    What's the highest TigerDirect Bing Cashback has ever been?

    Just wondering what the highest cashback TigerDirect has ever been? It's 15% right now and there's a few things I want to buy there, but figure maybe there will be one day of an insane % off.

    Is their customer service decent, say if I ordered something and returned it to them unopened if I reorderd if the BCB did go up a decent amount?

    TigerDirect's BCB has been between 8-15% steadily for easily a year and a half. Don't expect it to jump to 30%, but 20% is still possible. But since BCB is ending in a few days, its not worth risking it. Buy everything you want now, since its better to be safe then sorry.

    15% is pretty much the highest I have seen from them. Like isavetheday said, in a week, BCB is gone, so I wouldn't wait too long.

    TigerDirect service is pretty good. They can automatically tell who you are from the caller ID and have notes on you o_O. I call in and they would answer, hi Simon (my name obviously) and I would be like ???

    Anyway, they have customer service 24/7 and they are helpful. But, if you ordered something and returned it, you're going to pay shipping back to them, so not worth doing that in most cases. They will only pay shipping back for faulty products and the like.
