For the life of me I can't figure this out. The T9500 is a faster CPU and retails for $230 to $260. Wherever I search for the T9300 I'm seeing averages around $320 to $370. Would anyone be able to shed some light on this?

I found this while looking for a CPU to upgrade on my Gateway 6850FX. The 9300 looked promising and now that I see the 9500, I'm almost thinking it's too good to be true...

Nevermind, I was looking in the wrong areas. I can find both the T9300 and T9500 for about $230. It's still pretty cool though that the T9500 is the same price for a small upgrade :)

Its possibly due to old pricing.... lucky you shopped around :)
