This deal is bubbling up on slickdeals.net and have to agree it's a good one, usually the family pack for Windows 7 upgrade costs $149.99 but Amazon has it for $99.99 right now:

Assuming it says "upgrade" this means you need a license from another windows, either XP or Vista, correct?

That is correct that you need an existing license of Vista or XP to upgrade with this software. However, there are ways to do a clean install of Windows 7 using the upgrade media, such discussion is not allowed on this forum though.

I clean install w/ upgrade media.
Good deal, not everybody needs the 3 licenses. However if you have some family to share with really cant beat this.
