    freind of mine has one of those and he said it works great but the range is terrible. he went back to his netgear and has whole house coverage again. this thing he told me didnt cover more than half the house at good speeds (about 2800 sq ft)

    I've also read that this particular router doesn't get much range. I'd suspect it would be great for use in an apartment, but probably not a in a multi-story house.

    Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. If I needed a router, I would probably pick this one up, because of the price, and the fact that I don't need a extra long range router. :)
