    Is this going to be discontinued any time soon because i have heard this is the best one made in a long time with a good price tag. If it is in danger of being gone forever i will buy it otherwise I'll wait til i can justify it.

    I have it, dont use it much wish I had kept my cheaper Logitech Momo wheel.

    G27 would be good for a dedicated setup but its not good for a player who needs to hook it up and take it down regularly. Clamp system sucks, its better bolted down and the gear drive is crappy for my favorite games like Dirt, better off with a belt driven wheel like the Fanatic wheels.

    It is well made and one of the best wheels overall, I just think its not for everybody. Either go cheaper if your casual, and if your super serious you may consider the Fanatic wheel system instead. Oh and the H-Shifter ... I dislike it strongly and thats half the reason I got the G27.

    Nope, while I never use it when the time comes I like to have it. My 3 monitor setup makes racing sims very sim like so the wheel is a big part of that.
